Led the end-to-end development of the Tom Ford Event Kit, from initial concept through final production, delivering a fully portable, luxury eventing solution tailored for in-store activations. This project was conceived to elevate the visual merchandising experience while meeting practical needs for cost-efficiency, ease of deployment, and brand consistency. Drawing inspiration from Tom Ford’s distinct luxury codes, the Event Kit features a high-end aesthetic that stands apart from competitor executions—sleek, elevated, and unmistakably on-brand. Despite its premium look and feel, the design prioritizes functionality: lightweight, collapsible, and engineered for effortless setup and breakdown by field teams, with no professional installers required. All components collapse into soft, rolling travel bags that fit into a standard car trunk, making transport and storage simple and efficient. Key elements include a modular backdrop panel system that supports frequent visual and campaign asset updates, a front table with interchangeable design panels for seasonal or thematic customization. Black or white branded chairs, floral accents, and the color and material choice of the visuals and table panels create a tailored experience for each launch. Director-style chairs and signature makeup boxes enhance the backstage, beauty-event atmosphere.
